Visited here in 2012 with the family for a week and enjoyed every minute of it. Great restaurants, drinks, food, pool, and location. Would totally come back to this location.

We booked a deluxe room with ocean view. As described, you could view the ocean from a distance, but that's it. I was kind of disappointed that it didn't have a better view of the ocean. The room was spacious and decently equipped, but was nothing too be excited about. The showers and Jacuzzi could help from some renovation. Food was amazing with hundreds of options to choose from. Liquor was abundant and staff was ready for service. Playroom was a great way to have some private time just with your partner. The location was great with a lot of privacy and safety.

This was our very first family trip to Mexico and my first time visiting the country, and I’m absolutely thrilled that we chose Beach Palace Cancun. Everything about this hotel is simply perfect! I want to especially highlight the exceptional service and the kindness of the staff. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Their genuine care made us feel truly welcome and taken care of every moment of our stay. The food was also outstanding — delicious, fresh, and with a wide variety to choose from. We chose the all-inclusive package and were very pleased with everything it offered. One of the biggest highlights for our family was the kids’ club. My 4.5-year-old son absolutely loved it! The staff gave him so much attention, played different games with him, and even gave him a special souvenir at the end. He spent most of the day there with joy, fully engaged and happy in a fun, caring, and educational environment. Overall, we are very satisfied with our vacation and are already planning to come back again in the future. Thank you, Beach Palace Cancun, for such a wonderful experience!

Our stay at Beach Palace Resort was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The entire staff was attentive and friendly, but Joshua stood out as by far our favorite server. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made every meal extra special—we genuinely looked forward to seeing him each day! The resort itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. We loved lounging by the beach and the pool, both of which were peaceful and never overcrowded. Dining was a highlight—every restaurant offered fresh, delicious food with a great variety. The rooftop bar and views were unforgettable, especially at sunset. We left completely relaxed and already dreaming of our next visit. Thank you, Beach Palace, for an incredible experience—and a huge thank you to Joshua for making it even more memorable!

We had a fabulous time with our large group (six in our family and five in my brother's family)! Both of us had the combined rooms (walk-through door) between the kid and adult room. The maids were so great each day, and they were very quick to resolve any issues we found (clogged toilet, accidentally locked safe, or the like). The food was so tasty, and of course: plentiful. My little ones were so happy to be able to get "unlimited" fruit smoothies and ice cream whenever they wanted! The different restaurants did a great job trying to seat the eleven of us at one table, or sometimes multiple tables right next to each other. The hotel is well seated with the beach right there! It would take us only 60 seconds from our hotel room (depending on the elevator wait). We also had a great time with the activities and events. We played many sports (beach soccer and flag football, water volleyball and polo) and also enjoyed the mechanical surfboard. The crowd favorite was the inflatable obstacle course in the pool; so fun!! We will definitely be coming again!

I’m writing this with a heavy heart and a lump in my throat as I just returned from the last day at the Beach Palace (as we currently know it) before they shut down until 2026 for renovations . Let’s start with the location , it’s picture perfect and beautiful on both the gulf and lagoon side's and is what initially draws people to this Palace Resort location. Moving on to the food, they have everything you can want and if they don’t have it they will get it for you (within reason) with just a little mannerism and a simple request . I was there for the last 2 weeks and their steak, pizza , burgers, hot dogs breakfast eggs and all our commercial favourites were cooked with flavour and are right up there with our home selections. Regarding the Service, thats where things get serious with this place . The Beach Palace is a breading ground not only for professional hospitality within their staff it also seems like an extended family for them as they all get along very cohesively with the end goal being guest satisfaction. I’m not kidding , this place prides itself on hospitality excellence and will seemingly be offended if you’re not satisfied (incredible huh?). I’ll give you some big staff names to watch out for if you someday want to experience this level of Service yourself .Gabriella, Julieta and Claudia cooking at the buffet are spot on and will even remember how you like your food. Ernesto, Arturo , Mauro , Daniel , Javier Fernanda and Angel ( the Buffet Wait staff) are very professional and treat their jobs as if they were training for an Olympic event in Hospitality . Aleksandro in the Smoke House and Raymondo at Tavola are 2 wait staff Heavyweights at the restaurants and Rafael at the Momo restaurant is just a plain ol’ sweetheart . I would also frequent the upstairs rooftop whereby Mauro ( the rooftop Cook) would make me Buffalo wings personally and daily. I can’t say enough about this place and can’t believe I just found it a year ago whereby I spent 2 weeks then and 2 weeks now . Come to think about it I’ve lived there a total 1 month over the last 12. I really fell in love with it all and the staff here took notice of that and treated my family and I like absolute gold . I will definitely be coming back when they reopen although i understand the need to upgrade and refresh the infrastructure, I really I hope they don’t mess with the level of quality or charm that guests have been drawn to from this vacation destination. Thank you all for the magnificent experience and we’ll see you again soon.

I stayed at Beach Palace towards the end of July and had my wedding here. I had a wedding of about 70 people. Overall, I had a pretty good experience. I enjoyed all the food I had on the resort. I enjoyed all of the drinks. I slept great! The resort needs updates but they are about to undergo renovations, so excited to see how it looks after. The bartenders were attentive and fun. I enjoyed the Sky Terrace bar the most. The view from up there was very nice. I had my ceremony on the top of the Sky Terrace. The ceremony was beautiful. The view of the ocean was great. It was hot up there for sure because it was July but they had a water station up there for people to stay hydrated. We ended up having to have our reception in the ballroom instead of the Sky Terrace because the chance of rain was too high (25%). I was not a fan of the carpet in the ballroom so hopefully with the renovation maybe they could update the flooring in there. The decoration was beautiful, though. I had so much food to choose from for the wedding which was wonderful and it was all included. The DJ did a great job. We had a great time at the reception, though I don't think the AC was working properly because it was too hot in there. Overall the planning of the wedding with the resort went well. Sometimes I think there may have been some miscommunication which required a lot of back and forth. Aranza was very nice and did try to make sure I was happy even when we ran into some hiccups here and there. The photographers and videographers were very nice and did a great job. They got all the images we asked for in the alotted time we reserved and helped us pose. The photos and videos came out beautiful. Be aware that when you receive your photos, you choose the photosyou want, and if you go over the amount in the package, the prices per photo are expensive. Overall, I had a good stay and wedding at the resort! Majority of my friends and family did as well. Cons that occurred during my stay or my guests' stay: -Had some issues with some of my wedding guests booking their complimentary shuttle service with the service showing up as not complimentary. Make sure to book way ahead of time because you may need to reach out to fix this with the resort. -I am extremely afraid of bees and really wanted artificial flowers because of that fear, but they would't allow artificial flowers. They reassured me that they would spray a deterant on the flowers so I wouldn't have to deal with the bees but there were too many bees during the ceremony so it was pretty distracting for me. I was trying to hold my composure at the alter but you could see it in the wedding video and photos. I think maybe artificial flowers should be allowed in cases like this to prevent this. -My brother and cousin had a room booked together but my cousin arrived first. Since the room was booked by my brother as Adult 1, they would not let her check in until he arrived. So she ended up waiting a couple of hours before she could check in until my brother arrived to the resort. I think they really need to change this policy if this is their policy because not everyone will always arrive at the same time if they are flying from different places and since she was Adult 2, they should have let her check in without him being there. The same issue arose with the airport shuttle. This is an issue that needs to be resolved for people who visit in the future. - Unfortunately one of my guests had issues with her toilet and waited quite a long time for check in. Also, she was pregnant and asking for non alcoholic drinks, they kept giving her alcoholic drinks. -My dad and brother had issues with their room service meals coming cold. -I dont think the AC in the ballroom during the reception was working/up to capacity. It was hot in there and they said they would look into it, but it never was fixed/resolved. - The water pressure for the jacuzzis in the rooms was very low and the water in the shower would sometimes be cool when it should be hot. Hopefully renovations fix that.
